LUPU WILL LEARN IT`S CUSTOMER`S NEEDS AND OPERATE TRAFFIC PROJECTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THOSE NEEDS AND REQUESTS
FOR EXAMPLE, TRAINING SESSIONS TO THE ENTIRE COMPANY, OR THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL TRAINING SESSIONS.
Lupu will learn it`s customer`s needs and operate traffic projects in accordance to those needs and the customer`s requests. For example: training sessions to the entire company, theoretical and practical training sessions, safety campaigns, professional and suitable merger with acquired companies, discontinuation/beginning of work with a leasing provider, pricing of vehicles at the end of the leasing period and sales of vehicles.
On many cases, company officials such as owners, purchase managers, CFOs, operation managers, heads of HR departments or traffic safety officials have to carry out projects in the company`s vehicle fleet without the proper knowledge and training. Those projects include establishing and executing procedures, general replacement of vehicles, vehicle purchases, replacement of leasing provider and pricing of returned vehicles, integration of vehicle fleets of an acquired company, theoretical and practical training sessions to drivers and passengers, setting up a dry vehicle washing parking lot facility, vehicle classification, setting up and updating vehicle-driver information, endorsing police and other reports, leisure days combined with safety days, traffic safety campaigns and more optional projects that are vital and important to your company.
