First Rain

In this presentation, we would like to talk a little about the transition from summer driving to winter driving.

We will present the dangers involved and the precautions that must be taken upon the first rain.

First Rain Characteristics

The Israeli summers are very hot, dry and leaves layers of sand, dust, oils, fuel, soot and more on the roads.

When the first rain comes, it mixes with all layers and raises them above the road surface. This is the main reason for the loss of tire grip on the road causing accidents.

The first rain is basically our transition between summer driving and winter driving.

In the winter, the weather conditions make it difficult to visualize and impair the grip between the tires and the road and must be adapted to the new form of driving.
